Shipping
Orders ship within one week of purchase. You'll receive tracking as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.
Order by December 18th to have it in time for Christmas morning. Orders placed after that date will still ship, but we can't guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
What It Ships In
Every JingleBuns onesie arrives in its own forest green gift box — wreath, gold star, printed and ready to go under the tree. No wrapping required.
If you'd rather keep the surprise completely intact, note at checkout and we'll ship the box inside a plain outer mailer.
Returns
If it isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the box.
- Refunds process back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
- Exchanges for a different size or color are free — just reach out.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the original.
